Freestyle 1: Ten-week program for those getting started in triathlon, fitness, or open water swimming. Small class size, video at every session.

Video Swimming Improvement: Five-week program to improve your swimming. You will have private online access to your video clips, with voice-over commentary and printable action plans.

Private Lessons: For swimmers at any level who would prefer private one-on-one swim coaching or need a multiple-view video analysis.

Multisport

Indoor Triathlon Training: Experience the benefits of cross-training in three sports! Five week programs. Three group workouts per week. Enroll for 5, 10 or all 15 workouts (mix and match).

Core Strength: Increase your core strength and flexibility, and improve performance in any sport.

Classroom or Special Clinics

Presentations: Various PowerPoint presentations for triathlon clubs or swimming groups.

Special Events: Speaking engagements, special clinics, etc.

Open Water

Open Water Swimming: Open water skills for those new to open water. Not for new swimmers. You must be comfortable swimming 400 yards.

Open Water Workout: Experienced open water swimmers only. Join Coach Bill for an open water workout. No cost, no coaching, just a workout!
