Lessons and programs are provided at two locations.
Freestyle 1 (MAC): Eight-week program for those getting started in triathlon, fitness, or open water swimming. Small class size, video feedback every session.
Freestyle 2 (MAC): Eight-week program for graduates of Freestyle 1 or other programs, who want to improve efficiency and build speed. Small class size, video feedback at every session.
Distance Swimming (MAC): Six-week program for experienced fitness and distance swimmers who want to learn how to build a customized distance training program based on critical swimming speed (CSS) and endurance training categories.
SwimFit (MAC): Dryland exercise program to develop coordination, balance and strength for swimming. It is suitable for swimmers of all ability levels. The program includes two separate 30-minute functional movement screens with the instructor - one before, and one following the program.
Private Lessons (MAC and MIT): For swimmers at any level who would prefer private one-on-one coaching, or who require multiple-view video analysis.
Beginning for Fearful Swimmers (MAC): We are all fearful at first in the water. It's our survival instinct at work. Learn how to overcome that fear and experience the joy of being truly comfortable and confident in the water. Contact Coach Bill.
Open Water Workout (Walden Pond, Upper Mystic Lake and other locations): Experienced open water swimmers only. Join Coach Bill for an open water workout. No cost, no coaching, just a workout, early spring to late fall!
Quick-Look Free Video Sessions From time to time at various locations. For experienced swimmers or past students, this may be all you need!
