| Video Swimming Improvement Program |

Summary
|
Use underwater video to improve your swimming! You will
have private online access to your video clips, with voice-over commentary
and printable action plans. Maximum class size is 8. |

Meetings
|
In the pool one hour a week for five weeks |
|
Participants
|
All levels of swimmers. Most swimmers will want to work on their
front crawl (which is usually called freestyle). More experienced
swimmers can choose any stroke. Before enrolling, you should be
comfortable swimming front crawl one length of the pool with "swimming
breathing" (i.e., swimming with your face in the water, and
rotating to the air to breathe). If you need help getting to that
point, contact Coach Bill for additional
coaching options.

Goggles and a snug-fitting swimsuit; fins optional.

Coached workouts consisting of drill sets for
each swimmer's technique issues, and conditioning sets to build
fitness and consolidate gains. |

|
Final video and workout. The video clips, commentary
and progress assessments will be available online within 48 hours. |
