From time to time Breakwater Sports provides quick-look free video sessions for groups of swimmers. After a short warm-up, each swimmer is filmed for one length, underwater from the side. This only takes a few minutes at the start of each half hour. Everyone then gets out of the pool and the remaining time is used reviewing all video on the pool deck.

Each session is 30 minutes.

Up to six swimmers per 30-minute session. All levels are welcome. But if you cannot swim a length of freestyle, an underwater view of you not swimming will not be of much use!
