Say "hello" when you pass me!

2011 Goal: Alcatraz....Alca-oops. Got the rug pulled out from under me! I was signed up for the Alcatraz Escape from the Rock Triathlon because it was going to include a bike ride across the Golden Gate Bridge and 14 miles of trail running (the infamous Double Dipsea Trail Run over Mt. Tamalpais to Stinson Beach and back). But due to construction on the bridge, they have changed to course so that the bike and run legs will be in San Francisco. Grrrrr.... Maybe I will just swim and paddle this year.
