Sign-Up Instructions
for Programs at the Beverly Athletic Club (BAC)

1. Contact Coach Bill via phone or email:

2. Supply the following information:
     Your preferred email address
     Your telephone number
   The name of the program beginning Oct 29th at the BAC in which you want to enroll:
      Breakwater Freestyle 1 at 7:30 PM (click here for details of the program)
         or
      Breakwater Freestyle 2 at 6:30 PM (click here for details of the program)
   
   
3. Coach Bill will contact you to confirm the reservation and provide additional information.
   
   
4. Please bring a check made out to Breakwater Sports to the first meeting:
   Freestyle 1: $270 for club members, $300 for non-members
   Freestyle 2: $150 for club members, $180 for non-members
